I started helping people lose weight and get fit in 2001 after I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Infantry. I started out traveling to people’s homes and offices for their training sessions. Later I owned my own fitness and martial arts facility for 6 years. I started providing articles and videos about health and fitness online in 2008. My approach to diet and exercise is to keep things as simple as possible. Lift heavy things.
