8:00am  Large cup of coffee black.

 

9:30am  1/2 grapefruit.  5 walnut halves.

 

12:00pm  Spinach salad with bacon, stawberries, pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette.  Large iced tea. K20 supplement.

 

2:15pm 6 almonds.  1 small apple.  Small piece of dark chocolate.

 

4:00pm  Stir fry steak with asparagus, yellow squash, bell pepper, and onion.  K20 and Omega-3 supplement.

 

7:00pm  1 cup chamomile tea.
