If you’re looking to get into top shape, I have the programs and products that are proven effective. . . check it out!
40 Days Fit is my flagship program. It includes training programs for beginners and advanced practitioners, as well as programs for the gym or body-weight exercise only workouts that you can do at home. It also includes a 40 day meal plan, training calendars, 6 different audio sessions, video demonstrations of each of the exercises, and an “eat/don’t eat” cheat sheet that you can hang on your refrigerator. Truth be told, I’m not a huge fan of supplements. I think you can get the job done 95% of the way by eating real food from the most natural sources you can find. But when you’re ready for that final 5%, Prograde is the company I recommend. I’m especially a fan of their Omega-3 supplement and Multi-vitamin. I do receive a commission if you buy from any of the links in this paragraph.
Books By Vic: I’m a big fan of both the Kindle and iBooks platform. From cookbooks, to workouts you can do in 5 minutes or less, to my thoughts and philosophies on fitness and life, you can find all of my titles by clicking here.
I was honored when my good friend Steve Kamb of NerdFitness.com tapped me to help him with designing the workouts for the Rebel Strength Guide. Getting stronger is the base of all other athletic skills. . . and whether you want to get lean, pack on some size, or just get damned strong, the Rebel Strength Guide can get you there. Get it now by clicking here.
When my friend Joel Runyon wanted to finally get the six pack abs that he always wanted, I designed his training and nutrition program to make it happen. It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible either – especially with this program guiding you along the way. The Impossible Abs program is also the only way that I am accessible for individual coaching. Check it out by clicking here.
During the first year of this blog, I wrote mostly about personal development and tried to steer clear of fitness topics. But now that this blog is geared almost exclusively towards fitness, I wanted to capture that first year in book format. Available in hardcopy format (paperback), you can learn more about Fitness Fighting Life & Less by clicking here. Or you can purchase from Amazon.com.
Yes, I’m a fan of eating grass fed beef. And my favorite source for grass fed beef (as well as quality buffalo, chicken, and pork) is U.S. Wellness Meats. One of the best things is that the meat is delivered right to your door – how’s that for healthy eating convenience? Click here to order your first shipment today and enjoy the taste and health benefits of grass fed beef.
I was very pleased to be asked to write this FREE report on how to get back to heavy strength training after taking an extended break. The report is hosted by Scott Bird of popular strength and fitness website StraightToTheBar.com. Get your copy by clicking here.
