Truth be told, I’m not a huge fan of supplements. I think you can get the job done 95% of the way by eating real food from the most natural sources you can find. But when you’re ready for that final 5%, Prograde is the company I recommend. I’m especially a fan of their Omega-3 supplement and Multi-vitamin.
